Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a site audit. We then agree a strategy and a work plan with you before any changes go live, and the first set of fixes follows that plan. Timing depends on the size of your site and how quickly we get access to your accounts.

Cost depends on scope, the number of pages and locations, and how competitive your market is. A small local site and a multi-country ecommerce store need very different amounts of work. Tell us your website, goal and target market, and we will reply with next steps. You can also see our pricing page.

Monthly SEO retainers start with a 3-month minimum, because search work takes time to show results. After that, the agreement runs month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. Web design and development are priced per project, with no ongoing term. Results are not guaranteed.

Yes, you own the code we write for you once the project is paid in full. We use open-source libraries under their own licences. At handover you receive the source code and repository access, so you are not tied to us to keep your site running.
